Ripon's Special Events
Watson Street Farmers
Market
June through October
Every Tuesday and Saturday morning,
vendors offer locally grown fresh produce. People worldwide are
rediscovering the benefits of buying local food. It is fresher than anything in
the supermarket and that means it is tastier and more nutritious. It is also
good for our local economy--buying directly from family farmers helps them stay
in business. The market, which runs June through
October, is located on the Village Green, corner of Watson and Seward Street in Downtown Ripon.
Spring In The Village
Friday & Saturday, May 12-19
Ripon
features an exceptional assortment of retail and service businesses. Browse
through the unique shops located in the Watson Street National Historic
District. Our diverse business base is anchored by traditional retailers such as
apparel, jewelry and furniture stores, as well as antiques,
boutiques and numerous gift shops. In addition to featuring several new
businesses, Ripon's retailers are bursting at the seams with new spring and
summer product.

to 10:00 p.m. on Friday evenings and take place in Historic Downtown Ripon near
the corner of Watson and Seward Street.
Participants are encouraged to bring folding chairs or blankets to sit on. Local businesses typically sponsor the music series, but additional donations
are always needed. To sponsor a concert, contact the Ripon Main Street
office at 920-748-7466. Donations can also be sent to: Village Green
